A place designed for the ships' captain.This Captain's Quarters extends to you a warm welcomes with it's large wood trim, Boston headers and wall paneling. The living and master bedroom feature window bench seats with serene views of the harbor and Cocagne Island. A feature of the southern view is the sun and moon sparkling on the waterfront. The moon rise over the harbor is spectacular. The point is a common area for the Blue herons. The master suite also features a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the harbor. These quarters also feature a large eastern deck, 14 x 20' , the "Warm Deck" (great for the fall and spring times) which faces south with protection from the, north, east and west winds as well as a 6' porch facing west.
